I can see that this would be useful for keeping up-to-date on specific items of interest. The only drawback is that this is but one more site that we need to logon (unless we use the option to save our login which I prefer not to do) for keeping abreast of changes.
This is a new way of communicating and I think it will take us a little while to get used to it and make a habit to use these types of tools.
